RE: Next Freeport McMoRan

RE: Next Freeport McMoRanK9klub7, I agree with you that it makes no sense to sell NGG shares at the current market price. Timing is everything as far as our stock is concerned. If we'd achieved our original production date goal and were substantially more advanced with our Imwauna exploration program, if we weren't facing the overall market turmoil and downdrafts, our share price surely wouldn't be languishing in the .20 range, would it? Selling now would appear like locking the barn door after the animals are already out or selling mutual funds now, with them down 40 or 50 %, as opposed to the middle of this past summer which hindsight makes abundantly clear would have been the wise thing to do.

beaverfever, I'm with you when you refer to grumpymonkey as an informed poster. Not only do I consider him better informed than the majority of our forum members but I regard him as a balanced poster, positive when he sees what he considers valid reason(s) to be and critical when he believes that is the more appropriate course. I can tell you I much prefer that type of poster as opposed to those who absolutely either pump a stock or take the other avenue of bashing it. I'm never confident about the motivation or value and quality of posts when they originate from a forum member who is either 100 %  a pumper or a basher of a stock.

I'd be willing to bet gm has a substantial interest in our NGG stock and has the same desire as the rest of us longs; to see our company get our show on the road and achieve our Sinivit gold production at a monthly rate that will get us to 35,000 ounces annually.  If we do achieve that 1,500 ounces of gold production for the December quarter it does suggest we should be in a positive cash flow situation. If we progress and can achieve 2,500 ounces monthly in the March, 2009 quarter then let's all hope we can even more aggressively pursue delineation of our Imwauna resource. Proving up our resource there to the point mid or large cap mining companies begin to take notice and give us some respect cannot come too soon to suit me.

I'm enjoying seeing a more active forum today, it's been too quiet to suit me. I do urge our forum posters to always respect each other with our posts. I know that's not the normal way for the majority of these forums but it absolutely is the proper way as far as I'm concerned. I hope I don't ruffle any feathers with this post, that's certainly not my intent.  What a dull world this would be if we all thought the same all the time and had no reason(s) to express differing thoughts, views and opinions.

Is it time to order a few more shares or will the next few days bring even a little more erosion to our share price?
