I would suggest turning off your monitors and just let PHC sit for a year.

I don't think you want to see it make any parabolic moves, and so keep in mind that the market is complete crap right now and it will take some time to turn around.

Eventually fundamentals will take over again and proper valuations will come back.

Now's the time to make like Buffet if you ask me.
