This is not a party for anybody.

But the alternative was RIC picking up the assets of Pat from the bankruptcy receiver.

thunderhead could be facing bank ruptcy instead of a 26 cent buyout and his URSA getting a badly needed blood transfusion but getting some of our invested money back. URSA Money that should have never been gambled on our behalf. URSA is lucky to come out of this with any money at all let alone the amount it did.

And this deal is better than ending up like IESO...maybe...
