anybody watching?

UPS's CFO Kurt Kuehn warned, "Based on economic forecasts, we anticipate a challenging environment for a number of quarters going forward." Kuehn added that 2009 will be "challenging," stating that the second half of the year will be "substantially better" than the first half for both the U.S. economy and UPS.

My question is.. Will UPS buy back shares or will they hold on to the cash incase things get "really challenging"?
Is this thing faced with more down side? Based on what I'm seeing to this point I see more risk than opportunity?

Anyone have info on pension obligations??

Any comments appreciated
