Yet there are diamond mines I listed that do make profit at those grades.

What units the grade is published in is immaterial as long as they are correct. 0.8 c/t = 80 cpht

Jericho was about 0.8 c/t, but it had much higher cost per ton that Renard will have due to it being in Nunavut.

Please exlain why you believe that mines with <1.5 c/t do not work out or rescind your comment.
