Poor old PH  was bad for CMV and my opinion hasn't changed!

I don't know about cutting "dad" off, as a) he's supposedly a sharp cookie and b) NTH owns the asset and he controls NTH as near as I can figure out. I suspect he wants more than the current market and CMV can afford.

I also think a merger of NTH and CMV makes the most sense.  Let's see the the two companies work togther and decide how much, % wise NTH is reasonably entitled to for the asset.

The new management has been blindsided , to some degree, by the market environment.

Wait and see is all we can do.
