Share consolidation - bad news

Share consolidation - bad newsShare consolidations are almost always bad news for current investors. In fact normally in short order the stock price retreats to the pre-split price and in this case you will only hold  one third of your shares.
In simple terms, most of us here are holding for that big run up from 10 cents to $1, post consolidation we now need the shares to jump from $0.30 cents to $3.00 to achieve the same return (which becomes much tougher to do).
Lets all vote against this so we can send a clear message to mgt.
Consolidating shares is the easy way to get a respectable share price, how about if we try the novell approach to try to appreciate the share price to a respectable level by NOT consolidating but rather continue with strong earnings/contract announcements/acquisitions etc.
