RE: VV vs CCZI will say with VV because it's already being accumulated (by groups other than small retail investors). Again today TD bought big so we now know that there are at least three parties that have been accumulating despite the total lack of news and the relatively tepid earnings release.  Keep in mind that VV held up much stronger in last months melt down and the bid & ask is slowly inching up on no news.
I might be totally off-base but i continue to think that accumulation of penny stocks  just does not   happen for no reason. The groups accumulating are obviously expecting 'something' we are not and by the time we find out that 'something' VV will likely trade north of  0.30.
Either way, i've hedged my bets, i own  significant positions in both VV and CCZ.
