RE: RE: current share price is irrelevant,buy-outTime is of the essence! The longer it takes, the less favorable t will be for shareholders IMO. Two factors that may be holding up the process are:
1. Turning the key back on at taparko
2. Getting go ahead on prognoz. What is not clear to me is the prognoz deal. Were they trying to take it into HRG 100% or Buryyatzoloto.
I believe my GOD shares may be a hedge to HRG unwinding. The alternative is HRG somehow finds a way to fund near term cashflow requirements, Taparko becomes operational, Berezitovy maintains 90% production and Gold blows through $1000 and PLG shares are tendered. It could happen....the perfect storm occured to get us to this level maybe the ducks could line up for once on the upside.
If operations can support cashflow requirements maybe all we need to sell is Prognoz, Chaya, Bissa and PLG shares. SImple. ANy buyers out there? $18 million plus debt buys everything LOL
