RE: RE: It's About Time To Start E-mail Campaign

RE: RE: It's About Time To Start E-mail CampaignIts a board decision? How gullible do you think people are? Ken Bates runs the Company.  You dont think things were timed and planned to issue options this low? Look at the history of options issuance.  Why are they issuing options more than once in a year? Whoever beleives that Ken Bates has nothing to do with the issuance of options has their head up their ars-e.

Look when they issued a year ago just before Christmas, at historic lows.  The same options they then exercised to cash out on the rise in share price, all the while not exercising the higher priced options they held which expired sooner yet were still in the money and would have put more money in the Company's coffers.

You think the IR person is going to say anything that is other than the "Company Line"

How about Ken Bates selling shared 1 day before Mitsui bought Thyssen Krupps shares which were sold below market price.  Has these same officers looked into the possible insider trading? Cline was trading at what, $1.90 and Ken Bates sold shares, the very next day a deal was made between Mitsui & Thyssen for Mitsui to buy Thyssens shares at $1.40. Coincidence that Ken Bates was able to dump more oh his shares before a major even that signaled the beginning of the meteoric fall in Cline's share price.  Ken Bates used to work for Mitsui, you think Bates didn't know that Thyssen was selling to Mitsui & at what price, a price well below the trading value of Clines shares?

Has the securities commission investigated this?

Email Directors c/o of Cline Mining?? Like that will help.  Find out where these directors are and call them personally and ask about them looking into the possibility that insider trading has occured.
