The Mongowin Property is comprised of approximately 122 mining and three patented claims, totaling 2605 hectares.

5 per cent interest will cost us 750,000 shares at .20 a share (correct me if i'm wrong) = 150,000 . or do we get it for
22,500 dollar as the average share price at the time of deal (750,000 x .03 = 22,500$) we could be paying 6 to 7 times more than a third party (most likely a director) we better off paying cash ,if we had some?
