Confused yes!  Friday's post was a 5 beer post what can I say, I was pissed off after seeing 16 million shares and no price appreciation. 

The greed in me would rather make a return than get out break-even.  I've averaged this POS all the way down from 2.20 and let me tell you the 8000 shares I bought at 2.20 price still HURTS.  So what's 5K...I've lost way way more than that!

Reality is the S/P is .05 and the market usually is bang on!  Trust me on this, IF HRG is unwound and pieced off they will get nothing more than enough to satisfy debt and make sizeable payments to the receiver.  Some believe this will happen otherwise how do you explain substantial exits at .05? 

You say this is a viable operation.  THis I will agree with provided some other entity makes their loan payments at berezitovy and the company stops all exploration.   Let's assume they produce 100,000 at planned production levels, let's be generous and say the generate $200 an oz margin for the next year.  That gives them $20 million.  How short are they in 09?  Nothing $50 million in the bank wouldn't fix but hey, who's going to give them $50 million when they can buy the whole dam thing.

Kind of like making $5 a month and having a $6 mortgage payment.  Mortgage retired in three years but how do you make the payments unless you borrow or solicit investors until is paid off.

Too many variables to predict the future.  Yes, it appears someone is about to pounce with a buyout, yes it appears strategic trading has occured to surpress the price and yes we know the company has offers on the table for some of or all of the assets.  So....in consideration of the foregoing how is it possible the stock trades at .05????  Let me tell you, It is because there still is a chance HRG goes down. 

As I said before, confused yes....I don't know which way this is going.  If I was comfortable about survival, I'd put every single penny I had in @.05 .   S/P tells me we are going down.  They've been looking at this for a while and nothing leaked???? .  Doesn;t make sense to sell at this price since there is a chance of survial.
