Good thoughts Older. 

Ever wonder what price sinclair purchased his 5 million shares for or Buchans 1.3 million.  We all now farquson blew up a qrtr million dollars in 60 days.  The guys with vested interests have bailed.  How would the securities commision rule it?  Could they sell now knowing what they do or do they have to hold.  DOes the recent news cover necessary disclosure?

IMO There is no definitive deal on the table and everything is conditional to this that and the other thing.  Is the Morgan positioning friendly or will it be hosile at a 30% mark up to average price (.06 or .07 you pick).   The longer it goes, the lower the price with ITG playing the game.
