With 2 governments and their agencies becoming involved, this all suggests to me that this is becoming more than just about one property, as incredible as the Mkuvia is. And you seem to be accomplishing this in spite of the overall horrible market conditions (and an attack by a supposed supporter and his failed attempt to undermine the property acquisition and re-direct it to several of his "clients"). These realizations add to my appreciation of what you are accomplishing.
