Algar a waste of money & risky.

Algar a waste of money & risky.Cheaper to purchase production then build a risky SAGD with no certainty of viability.
Steam breaks through and the whole project produces minimal Bitumen. No production certainty.
Buying distressed oil production, light oil, would be a better use of the money and see more return for the shareholders.  So what is the smart move??? CLL has borrowed the money already so it should be used more wisely instead of squandered by Management
CLL is mismanaged bottom line and that is that.

Algar is expensive to produce at $300M. buy oil productions at half value and use the revenue and remaining money to build the SAGD algar at half the cost should oil remain low for the year or longer.

So saying to go ahead with Algar by Managment shows thier inept business skills.
