Financials

FinancialsLooks like the winning streak of 19 consecutive quarters of positive net income has come to an end w/ a small loss of $2.4 million; big deal, it is far from the end of the world for Divestco but you wouldn't know it by its stock price!  The markets are anticipating the end of the world and right now that's all that seems to matter.   Despite the little loss the balance sheet is getting better because a lot of the expenses are non cash.  I like what they have to say:  a debt reduction strategy that includes non core asset dispositions, essential capital spending and focus on expense reduction.  Conservative, prudent, smart.

There's no doubt in my mind this is a well managed company, with a great business niche  - but in a tough industry in an insane market.  When the energy market turns as it surely will, you'll look back, smile and just shake your head at these prices - $.37 for goodness sakes!
