RE: MY TAKE

RE: MY TAKEThe more you think about it, the more likely a deal is being done, and the cover my *ss accounting is now in process. If true, the only questions of course are, how much for what, is it the whole company, or just this portion, but do the words not tell us? They are checking out this one area, and wouldn't they be auditing everything if it all was going? Maybe not, but my take, goodbye to this group, or is a financing even possible? If the company sells it, or does some other hybrid deal and we move on, hopefully we are less in debt and more focused. Any other takes on this? Why hold back, this is fun, lets hear from the end is here group, the all is going going gone group, the managment is taking the assets on the cheap group,  etc etc. Meanwhile, buying IS going on, and once again, you can only conclude it is one of a very few groups in terms of reasons: the buyers if there is one for this whole company, the speculators who are doing just that on whatever their reasoning, and/or a group in the know, that are buying because they know the value will be, or they expect STRONGLY that it will be going up in price soon, based on something they may know. Of course WE know that nothing could possibly have leaked out, and that the buyers are doing it all on a level playing field. (excuse me, I just choked on my saliva)  The sellers look to be retail folks, who just can't take it anymore.IMO  They of course will probably lose any which way. They either have an ACB that is far higher, with little chance of recovery, or they sell now, and it gaps up on some deal later. Such is life.. I can see it going up, as why would anyone sell now, after going through all of this nonsense. This is the fun part: the end or a new beginning!
