However I think you will find that AIX and GM areas staked by Ken Smith where for those companies not for NAG. The management of NAG and these two other companies had an agreement that Mr. Smith would do that staking at the costs being paid by AIX and Gm. Perhaps some form of J/V may be completed to develop these areas if warranted.
