Whatever we as a group think we know is nothing compared to what the institutions, hedge funds and shorters know.  The market is/has been telling us this is not good.  The writing is on the wall. If there were a takeover in process the funds would not have been liquidating like the last few days.   I don't want to bet against my holdings, but if I did I would say we, the little guy, is going to get it again up the a_hole.   The last to know par usual.

I hope like hell I am wrong.
