Remember, if there is a takeover, then many accountants and lawyers are involved in the process.
They will tell their friends and grandmothers etc...
This will make the stock go up for 1 week before the announcement.

With OIL, we had it come down for 1 week on high volume.

There is a BIG PROBLEM with OIL and you will find out soon.
This may open up less than $1.
