I have seen this before many times where the share price drops below the latest issue price then starts going up. Don't be alarmed if the price actually dips to $1.75 for a very brief time between tomorrow and Dec 5. It might be a good time to put in a stink bid and leave it open because if it does happen it will be brief and I don't know what day it will happen. The good news is after the financing closes the share price should rise again, how high and how fast is anyones guess.
