My goodness......it just get worse....

My goodness......it just get worse....Hey finally a few sane posts today. LordV how are shorts criminals? You are confusing naked shorts with legitimate shorts. I don't know if you got the memo but naked shorting is legal in Canada but not in the States but regulators seem to always be looking the other way. I agree with you that naked shorting should be stopped and it would only take a few regulators, on the ball, to stop this practice. Unfortunately the bulk of the naked shorters are major financial institutions (i.e. JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, etc) and hedge funds but regulators look the other way.

For the record I covered all my bank shorts over the past 1/2 hour. All done legally I might add.

Anyhow here's Phoebe's Canadian bank PF and remember this PF was made this July when banks were already well off there highs........

portfolio performance: -32.68%
