Management BLEW IT

Management BLEW ITOIL was halted at $2.49.
Didn't trade yesterday and today, after one day of trading, it dropped $1.03.

If it wasn't halted, then FOR SURE it wouldn't have gone from $2.49 to $1.46 in 1 day of trading.

First news then they CANCELLED it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
