BrilliantThese friggan guys use the markets bad news to lower Div.
Money saved is money made.
They are still making money and just made a @#%$% more with this move.

Oil is going to rise but it going down didn't have that much affect on this stock anyway, it's perception.
This is not tied to the price of oil, only if oil tanks and production shuts down completely, would it affect HLR.
We still need to eat.
