Why? Simply reason: To avoid dilution!
CDO receives money by GWQ for this JV as well as GWQ is spending money for drills (which has started already !) . Thus CDO avoids dilution, receives money by a partner, does not have to ask a fonds for money....and will be able to use cash for additional projects.

Does any shareholder prefer dilution at $.05 shareprice  ???????????? Tell me!
