Hmm prettty timely news anouncement without a lot of activity before hand   .....could the halt  be more of a device to draw peoples attention to CLL so they look a little closer and see what a bargain it its at theses prices.
 
Now you will al the bashers come out and say wath a stupid move  the hedge is ...just like they did when CLL set up the financing before the credit crunch.  Instead of screeming that the sky is falling these guys just continue to do business with the focus on the long term picture and solid business practices for short term stabilty and long term gain.
