With a P/E of 1.8 and a dividend of 5% this would appear to be a no brainer.  Since RIO will retain control of the mine and not be bought out by BHP this will remove one uncertainty for the time being.  Any more on the rumour about the insiders trying to drive the price down and take this company private on the cheap ?????
