Certainly a good chance exists that we could see a dilution over the next 12 -18 months. However given the current pricing of U I think the chances are fairly low . Areva has already signaled the market that they will not be expanding with current U pricing. The shaft at Shea will not happen at these economics. Therefore I would think you would need to see U pricing at least in the $90 dollar range to see development at that asset. (this is a WAG). Obviously U at $90 or better should translate into a much better UEX stock price.
I continue to see exploration to develop the credibility and mineability of the resource estimates as a priority along with the shallow lower cost deposits at West Bear and Raven as the most likely actions as long as we limp along with the U market pricing below replacement economics.
