What am I missing here?

What am I missing here?I will say up front that I have not yet bought in but am considering taking an initial position of 1000 shares in my RSP.

In the past two weeks this has been made a Top Pick on BNN's Market Call (Don Lato was the analyst). The company has issued a press release re-affirming profitability, that the dividend (now around 18%!!) is safe, that a small special dividend is coming in December and that they will be buying back up to 10% of outstanding shares over the next 12 months.

And the share price has fallen another  15-20%...

What I am I missing here???

Any and all thoughts appreciated...
