He is probably sick of hearing from me.  Pretty open guy but obviously he can't tell us everything.  Agree with a lot of what you say ie. depreciation/amort built into the numbers. On the other hand this is unbelievable times. How long can they hang on if business fully dries up?  I am going to do some other analysis and come back with some numbers in the next couple of days. 
I remember how they weren't interested in selling out at $3+ (looking for $9).  3 bucks looks pretty good right now. I guess if it wasn't good for Yahoo or Novagold I guess it wasn't going to be good for DVT, but give me 20mins of hindsight and lookout, we be rich.
Will get back with some of my own numbers.
