RE: not much MORE to lose...That's pretty much how I feel.  At the present price I fear a reverse-split.  Not sure what the protocol is on that: Threat of being delisted?  If a reverse were to happen and ICS was still in neutral, the price would easily drop back down to what it was prior to reverse.
