RE: teachersI believe once the deal dies it's fair game I am just using common sense here but if the teachers liked BCE at 42.75 and thought it was worth more why not use the cash that was going to be used for the deal to either do a tender offer or buy in the open market and increase your stake at the cheapest and strongest BCE has been in a decade?

If you bought at $38 I would double down here at $25 and than sell some shares at $30 or write some covered calls JMHO
