SPDR Portfolio Short Term Treasury ETF T.SST.U

Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

RE: RE: I love SST at these levels

RE: RE: I love SST at these levelsYou posted  there is "no mine operating risks" for SST.  This is wrong & is the major flaw in the business model that was never considered & added to the risk in investing in SST. We now know that there IS  big time  mine operation risk to the mines the streams are bought from & to SST. Those mines could be closed. SST already has lost Aljustral & wrote down $39 million because of it. If Aljustral never reopens, than SST  just squandered millions of dollars of shareholder capital for nothing.  What if Aquiline never goes into production? SST has $17 million of shareholder capital invested in Aquline. I believe this flaw in the business model is the reason SST have been hammered to  what appears to be very low prices.
