Older, I am really surprised that you thnk the parachute is fine. Some people do things when they know it is wrong as the shareholdeers who blocked the Roscan transaction. You do realize that they will once again have zero cash if they pay out.
I will also point out that Taparko will likely be shut again in 09, and Berezitovi is unproven.
You seem top think everything has changed and are posting the exact same messages as when share price was at 3 bucks.
They should have been producing 300k plus in 08 at 500 cost, and making money. Did they? NO
Same can happen in 09. Equipment breakdowns, etc...
But, at least you can try to save a dilution from the parachutes.

I like HRG a lot as always, but there are still problems here.
