The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

I beg to differ Roberto. When the market conditions are as they are now, dumping 250,000 shares on the bid definitely has a depressing effect. I believe he was also the one who started dumping like crazy last year at $1.20 which started the cascade downward from there. I understand that he has the right to sell his shares whenever he wants, but I would also think that in the interest of the company and shareholders, he could find a less dramatic way to do so. Maybe sell 20,000 a month instead of dumping them all on the bid at one time?
