I cannot believe ICS would have been able to sign the last couple contracts if insolvency was a serious threat.  Call it wishful thinking, but I'm reminded of the last tech bubble, and ICS is still here while many other companies in similar circles that had much more padding (not necessarily the financial type), vanished or had to repackage themselves.  Maybe they have something.
