Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. According to the prospetus there will be 54.5 million shares outstanding, fully diluted, after the latest offering. Also, the pivotal trial (Phase 3) won't get off the ground until the LATTER part of 2009. Whatever happened to BT's rosy predictions for the end of 2008?

I said some time ago that if this stock wasn't flying by the end of this year you could forget about it.. Well Hand to Hand , short of a partnership, you are probably correct : "You can toss this pos on the heap for the next 6 to 12 months. Hello penny stock status."
