Palmiere is a pig who probably fattened his wallet along with that Benner idiot who sits on both HBM and LUN board? This Palmiere guy is a CA for christ sakes who owns next to nothing in the company! You tell me to trust his judgment?
Oh yeah, this so called mining "expert" by you and other HBM BoD pigs are so expert at mining that they somehow acquired Skye Resources at the top of nickel price cycle just several months ago and are not at it again with their cronies at LUN.
LUN has great assets? Yeah sure, HBM pays 103% premium for a company with liquidity problem and poor performing mines in risky jurisdiction like Congo. Even if they absolutely had to acquire this POS, they could've waited longer when the SP drops even more which is inevitable due to their cash problem. And don't tell me HBM didn't know about LUN's debt problem because apparently they are loaning $130mm to LUN immediately regardless of whether the deal goes through or not.
All of this done without allowing the HBM shareholders to vote...WHAT A EFFING JOKE IF THEY ARE TRYING TO FOOL ANYONE.
