Another Pump Coming Or Not?

Another Pump Coming Or Not?This one is either gearing up for another pump, or it's on it's last legs.

Anyone know if these guys have a patent on their technology?  I can't seem to find anything on this anywhere.

Hard to protect your business if there is no patent.  So what's up?  Is this dead, or just playing possum? PNP41
