RE: RE: RE: RE: Big Surprise tomorrow...Ya it seems to be hitting some sort of resistence at $22-$23. Any selloff after a failed deal would, IMO, be short-lived and come back up. The only concern there is the lawsuits. Even if they don't re-instate the dividend right away, they're hording cash and the share price should hold up. I think you're right. More upside potential than downside risk at this point. May not be the best short play.
