short coveringYesterday, short positions on BCE declined from 3,614,600 shares to 2,969,300 shares. 17.85% decline. Major delta. Shorts are covering. This is is good sign for longs. Action indicates less bearish sentiment. I thought it would be the opposite approaching 11-Dec.
