RE: RE: RE: RE: This deal is not going through...So it was likely BCE buying those blocks today. They've started the share buyback :) Awesome. More buying to come. We should have a statement from BCE before market opens.
Think you don't owe the break fee OTPP? Nice try. See you in court. You owe us that and a lot more: try the difference between $42.75 and $23 ($19.75/share) or $15.9B You failed to live up to the terms of the agreement to do everything to make this happen. You could have done more. You could have waived or relaxed/modified the solvency clause, added more equity, or assigned the cash flow to the banks for a while. You did not do your best. BCE did its part. BCE's and other 3rd party class action lawyers will find you were in some way delinquent in your responsibility to living up to the terms of the contract. We're not stupid. The downturn in the market is not responsible for this. You are. You were running the company and it was your job to make sure it was solvent.. KPMG gave you a margin call for more collateral and you didn't cover.
We have our company back, now go away! Jerks.
You're fired. Booting you off our board and taking over your board. LOL That's right. BCE will be liening on the OTPP soon enough so you may as well hand over the keys to your company.
