This stock has to trade

This stock has to tradeclose to $4 for the $6 buyout to be true.
Words usually leak if the price is $6 and the stock jumps up to around $4.

There is no way a stock trades at $2 and the buyout is $6 or 8.

If $6 is true, we need a run before the announcement.
