RE: NAG SEEMS DEADhate to break this to you but NAG is dead. First of all NAG cannot be compared to GXS and WGF as NAG is not in the same area. They are 100+ km away. I know I know, NAG has there own discovery at ADAMAS, 5m of coal at a depth of 150m. Not exactly mineable coal. Secondly NAG will have to do a PP to raise cash for further exploration of the Sask properties and ACC start up. Anybody who says that they will not need to do a PP is a liar pure and simple. At what price will they do the PP??? Well it will definitely be lower than the current share price if they want anybody to participate. So to raise any meaningful cash they will need to do a 30 to 40 million share offering. OUCH. Thirdly NAG and it's deciples claim that the ACC will start mining in the first quarter of 09. So here we have a company(NAG) that has never had any production of any kind, they never had even a successful exploration program and all of a sudden they will be producing coal for a profit and funding the Saskatchewan exploration programs. Well where is the resouce estimate for ACC, what grade of coal will they be producing and at what cost??? NAG has not produced any proof that a mining operation will be viable in west virginia. If they start mining in west virginia it will be by the seat of there pants. I have seen a few companies try to mine by the seat of there pants and both times they failed miserably. So please if anybody out there knows of a company that went into production without following the proper steps to ensure a viable mining operation please post it here. I bet nobody can. So for the people here looking for a run on nag like the good old days. those days are over. Cut your losses here and invest in other companies that have cash and a 43-101 reserve estimate. Just do a little DD and you will find a lot of companies that will offer a lot more than NAG and the thing is you can pick up these companies who's trading not much higher than nag is. A few examples are PHC.T and Ray.V. Both a steal right now at .13 to .15 cents. At least these companies will rise as the markets begin to improve. NAG will not. That is my opinion.
