So I meant to sell 50,000 shares yesterday ( you know - SELL ON NEWS ) and accidentally hit the BUY button at .06¢  -   again !!!  Now I own a majority interest in the company...  LOL   should be having lunch with Steve soon...

I agree that if MSHA is giving them the nod,   financing and SP appreciation should be a "NO-BRAINER"...  however...  I have been shafted in the past with NO-BRAINERS because usually it meant  I was the "NO-BRAINER"...

We will see but I am optimistic.  This would be so much more of a no brainer if it were happening in a time where CAPEX wasn't synonomous with "screw the CEO's daughter while stealing from the till".

What the hell  -  January is right around the corner...
