Rights Offering in Quebec

Rights Offering in QuebecI am a Quebec resident, and as such I am labeled an ineligible holder. It looks like I will have to jump through hoops in order to exercise my rights.

Are there any other Quebec holders on this board? I would like some advice on how to exercise my rights!!!
