RE: Sales Arrangement Process Details..Just a point of clarification - I said that Look didn't have to include shareholders in a decision to sell under S 192...nothing about being lucky, one way or the other.

Your concerns are definitely warranted InDa - given the lack of focus in the MoR.

Have you expressed them to Mr Block - or just on this board? I would suspect that there would be a few people who would be greatly aprpeciative if you were to press the issue with the powers that be.
