You may be right with the sands short term, but you are wrong with the electro cars. It is not so easy as you think. Do you like to buy a car with a range of 100 miles only? Ha ha, no way for electric cars the next 30 j. - its not possible to store large amounts of energy in an electrical storage cell and will never be, read a book about physiks, do your dd.....
