A statement from Mr. Dame.

A statement from Mr. Dame.He sent a similar reply to several investors, but thought I would share this with you. I am still expecting to hear from him this week, and should have a company update for you this week . rich47.

From Marc:   "Goldnev's shares are currently cease traded and have been since
September 30, 2008 for failing to file its audited financial statements.
We are diligently working towards finalizing the preparation and filing
of the financial statements before the end of the year and once the
audited, 1st and 2nd quarter financial statements are filed, the company
will apply to have the cease trade order lifted which we currently
expect to happen anytime between mid January and February 2009.

The company is currently finalizing plans to re-complete and drill some
wells in early 2009 which we expect will bring on significant production
and reserves. We are also finalizing the analysis of the oil shale
drilling results so in answer to your question, as President of the
company I can assure you that the company has a stronger asset base and
production base and valuation today then it has ever had so. Though you
temporarily cannot trade your shares, that will soon be resolved and if
you choose to stay the course with the company into 2009 I expect you
will be well rewarded with your patience."
