Market manipulation?

Market manipulation?
Tomorrow FED will cut interest rate.....Stock Market will probably rally on that news and USD will drop further....knowing this crude should be up today not down.
Sometimes on Wednesday or Thursday OPEC and Russia will cut production (drastically)...... knowing this crude should be up today! Right??
Winter arrived with force and not only in the East but also on the West Cost......crude and gas should be up today but it wasn't.
USD dropped quite significantly today and looking at the chart USD is in a free fall from very powerful "Head and Shoulders" pattern....this alone should be enough for crude to rise today and rise significantly.....well, crude dropped even more.
I just checked NYMEX crude price and is down again.....simply unbelievable!
I can only say..... this is pure Market manipulation!! what else can it be???
